Payment Plan

Sign letter of intention
Take the first step toward your dream villa with a non-refundable payment of 10% of the villa's value and signing a letter of intention (LOI). Once completed, simply await the scheduled notary appointment to finalize your purchase contract in one month.
Sign contract with notary
In this step, you will sign the contract with the notary and make the first payment to continue your villa purchase.
Second payment
The second payment of 10% is due upon completion of the foundation, approximately two months from project start.
Third payment
Next, a further 10% payment will be made upon completion of the column works, expected around the fourth month of the project.
Fourth payment
After the roof is complete, around six months from starting, the next 10% payment will be due.
Fifth payment
This 10% payment is made once all painting work, both exterior and interior, has been completed.
Final payment
Settle the final 15% before handover and receive your keys along with all legal documents.
